CBD Document Site allows agents and underwriters to
easily create and assemble web based submission
envelopes. The secure Document Site provides instant
collaboration between agency marketing and carrier
underwriting personnel.
Since the Document Site is delivered as a Webservice
there is no capital investment or new hardware
requirements. Upon registration, subscribers simply
login to the Document Site and create password protected
"document envelopes". Recipients of a Document Site
notification click on a link and supply the envelope
code to view envelope contents. Envelopes are secured
with a password and envelope owners can view envelope
activity to see when documents have been viewed and by
whom.
Given that the documents are viewed over an encrypted
connection, even the most sensitive submission data can
be shared electronically.
Now with advanced collaboration
Selected underwriters and business partners now have the
ability to add documents directly into envelopes. Agency
contacts are then automatically notified of the update
via email.
